Celebrity News:
LAPD have issued a temporary restraining order against Britney Spears after her custody standoff earlier.
The "emergency protective order," is enforced for five business days.
Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan said he did not request for the restraining order. He confirms, officers did it to "stabilize the situation".
Kaplan added that, "Kevin doesn’t want to keep his kids from being involved in [Spears’s] life. But foremost is that the kids be in an environment of structure [and] stability. The next goal is to get things to a point where both parents are able to participate fully in their [children’s] lives."
Britney would have to stay at least 100 feet away from Federline or face arrest.
